Registration Fees

France VAT : 20%
France renouvelables (technical organizer of CWW2025) is registered for VAT in France under the VAT number FR73 432 446 649.
It is required by the French authorities that we charge local VAT. The reverse charge mechanism does not apply and it is therefore not possible to receive an invoice without local VAT.

Standard registration fees include :

• Scientific programme
• Conference materials
• Welcome reception on Monday (8^th September 2025)
• Poster reception on Tuesday (9^th September 2025)
• Gala dinner on Wednesday (10^th September 2025)
• Lunch from Tuesday until Thursday (9^th to 11^th September 2025)
• Coffee breaks (9^th to 11^th September 2025)
• Access to all recordings after the conference
• Virtual networking through the conference app
• Electronic travel card (providing free public transport access) to use in the city of Montpellier and to load onto your mobile

Please note, in case of need, an individual registration could be transferred to another person within the same organization / company after July 15^th. In order to officialize this, the CWW2025 organizing committee must be informed.

Extra fees apply for optional activities :

• Workshops include lunch (8th September 2025)
• Excursions (12^th September 2025)

Reduced fees apply for:

• NGOs/charity (from all countries)
• Students BSc/MSc/PhD (proof of student status will need to be provided on request after registration) (from all countries)
• Regulators (from all countries)
• Participants from countries listed within low, lower middle and upper middle income classes based on the World bank classification

PLEASE NOTE : The number of participants with a reduced fee is limited to 150 and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once this number is reached, all participants will have to pay the regular registration fee, so early registration is advisable.

Day pass conference ticket includes:

• One day of your choice to attend the conference
• Conference program for the selected day, including coffee breaks, lunch, and conference materials
• The day pass excludes the conference dinner and side events

Online access conference ticket includes:

• Live streaming of sessions, panels, and keynotes occurring within the two main auditoriums
• Participation in the Q&A segments of the sessions occurring within the two main auditoriums
• Access to all recordings after the conference
• Virtual networking through the conference app

Methods of payment

• Payment should be made in advance to the France Renouvelables bank account.
• Bank transfer - payment by bank transfer must be addressed to France Renouvelables. The participant's full name and the Reference number CWW25-Fact number should be included with the payment.

Cancellation conditions

All the cancellations have to be sent in writing to France Renouvelables, 5 avenue de la République, 75011 Paris, France
Cancellation of the event : full refund of paid registration fee.
Cancellation before July 15^th for severe and unexpected personal or professional reasons : full refund of paid registration fee if refund request accepted.
Cancellation request will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis, andthe decision will be taken on the information provided.
Cancellation after July 15^th : no refund.
